Functionality

Anonymous user

• Get a list of SAP Inside Tracks
• The SIT list contains location, date, start time, end time, maximum number of participants, homepage url
• SIT list is linked to participant list
• Participant list contains registration timestamp, full name, link to bio, Twitter handle, information about participation in the pre- and post-evening event

Authenticated user

• List of SIT's with the details mentioned for the anonymous user
• Read own participation
• Create participation
• Update own participation

SIT organizer

• Read complete list of SIT's
• Create SIT
• Update own SIT's
• Read all details of the participants

Volume

• 30 SIT's with 20 to 300 participants per Year

Security

• As the majority of SIT participants are SCN Members the SAP Cloud Identity should be should leveraged
• Authenticated user are automatically created using App2AppSSO with a default role to allow them the defined actions
• SIT organizers have to reach out to the SITreg admins to get the organizer role assigned

Scalability

• It should be possible to extend the application in the future with addional features
