To speed up a build and avoid bombarding
nodejs.org and iojs.org with connections we should
cache what we download via npm and node-gyp.

Note: %AppData% does not seem to presently work there.

We could add this to Travis too, therefore -> WIP

Travis CI says:

The features described here are currently only available for private repositories on travis-ci.com
and our new container-based infrastructure.
