- Added Button to Open ArchivedPlugins Folder (root folder), if exists

Extras:
- Made working LOCTEXT to satisfy TODO on line 103 of AlphakitReleaseWidget.cpp
- Made working LOCTEXT for line 110 of AlphakitModEntryList.cpp
- fixed mixed tabs/spaces in above files (VS annoyance, PowerTools?)
