Following this thread: actions/runner-images#602 adding:
with: repo-token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}should fix the Api rate limit
I also deleted my personal token from GitHub Secrets to avoid a possible conflict.
It solved in the job created for testing.
