Change minor version to 1 for dry cell state handling changes.

What's Changed

  • With the SCHISM 5.10 scribeIO format outuput, the plugin will always honor the state values in out2d file, and it will display the state of dry
    spots as NULL for 3D output files, such as temperature, salinity, and velocity.

  • z coordinate file is not required when opening out2d file.
