libgds allows you to handle and particularly to create GDS II data. GDS is a CAD file format and is very offen used in semiconductor industry. This script was specially developped to work with Raith (http://www.raith.com) Elphy Multibeam on a Galium FIB, but was also tested on a Raith150Two electronbeam lithography system.
