Code used for 2020 paper on the NATT

Changes since AoB2015:

• Addition of Makefile
• Optional routine for running the VOM with random parameters (for use of NCP as likelihood weight, not tested)
• Option to run SCE in parallel
• Paths for inputs and outputs added to the vom_namelist
• Paths for inputs, outputs and the vom_namelist can be provided with flags on the command line
• Hydrological and soil parameters can be added to SCE
• Time series of NCP-values for grasses and trees are added to results_daily.txt
• Vegetation cover can be prescribed
• The fraction of radiative energy to reach the ground even under a closed canopy can be changed in the vom_namelist
• LAI-calculations can be added (experimental)
• VOM can be run without vegetation
