Question regarding the zscore matrix

Dear team,

Thanks so much for developing the outstanding tool. I have two qeustions regarding adata.uns['cell_type_nhood_enrichment']['zscore'].

1. Are the rownames and colnames of the zscore matrix
   adata.obs["celltype"].cat.categories.tolist()
   ?
2. what is the difference between Acluster(row)--Bcluster(column) and Acluster(column)--Bcluster(row)?
