This updates the return type of
CGEventTapCallBackFnto allow for three options:Replacereturns a newly-constructed event. (equivalent to the existingOption::Some)Keepreturns the same event, possibly modified by the user callback. (equivalent to the existingOption::None)Dropreturns nullptr, stopping event propagation. (new)
