Building source code

1. Install Microsoft Microsoft Expression Blend Preview for Silverlight 5 to get Microsoft.Expression.Interactions.dll and System.Windows.Interactivity.dll

2. Install Silverlight 5 Toolkit to get a few other assemblies with commonly used controls

3. Install Microsoft Ribbon for WPF October 2010 for ribbon in management application

4. Install WPF Toolkit - February 2010 Release for charts in management application

5. Get the latest source code

6. Run build.cmd

7. Run deploy.cmd

All release bits will be in the \deploy folder.
