* parameter -a is only available on ntfs filesystems * changed parameter to -r which is available everywhere * works on OSX now with HFS+
* defaults to '-a' * update readme

Hello,
i added a parameter for the cp command which defaults to '-a' as it has been before. So it could work for every need.
