For access database open db/akash_hiddenbrains.sql

then select all and paste in phpmyadmin to access data for diagram.

open that folder in browser usingf below URL:
http://localhost/PHP_Line_Chart/src/
At above URL get Data in garph for id = 1.
After get another data used ?id then get display for that id data.
Example:

I get id 10 record then URL is below:
http://localhost/PHP_Line_Chart/src/?id=10
