Minor update that fixes a small UI glitch.
It requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 to run. Modern versions of Windows include it or will offer to install it for you. Simply extract all files and then open VideoMotionDetect.exe to get started. No installation is required.
The large file size is due to the OpenCV and FFmpeg dependencies. The program itself is tiny.
