This release focuses on updating the functions following the updates on the functions from the dependency packages, such as GSVA and escape. This also include documentation updates.

Updates

  • PDSpredict() has been updated allowing the function to run ssGSEA method based on the package version of GSVA - most recent update uses ssgseaParam() (#4)
  • calculateSMI() has been updated and will run based on the package version of GSVA and escape (#2). However, while the calculateSMI() for datatype = "bulk" is functional, datatype = "sc" do not currently work due to dependency on escape::escape.matrix() and is unresolved. This is will be fixed in the future patches.
