Street View: Links from coverage tile endpoint

There should also be a way to get links too, but that might be a bit more tricky, so I've left it here as a feature request. I think pano[1] might be a list of indices into the other panos in the tile, but I'd assume there's more to it, given that there would be panos at the edges of tiles that connect to panos in other tiles.

I've had a quick look and it seems that connections to panos on other tiles are just ignored, which is odd
