Release in v0.50.6

• Recreate Menu as a Svelte Action #196
• The Menu component has been removed
• A new menus.css stylesheet has been added for Tailwind Element styles
• A new Svelte Action has been added to control the menu functionality
• Docs: moved from Components > Menus to Utilities > Menus
• Docs: The menu documentation has been rebuilt from the ground up

Tooltips

Release in v0.50.6

• Recreate Tooltip as a Svelte Action #195
• The Tooltip component has been removed
• A new tooltips.css stylesheet has been added for Tailwind Element styles
• A new Svelte Action has been added to generate and display tooltips
• Docs: move from Components > Tooltips to Utilities > Tooltips
• Docs: The tooltip documentation has been rebuilt from the ground up
