build: ignore autogenerated docusaurus files when running the formatter

Summary

This PR replaces docs/_site with docs/.docusaurus as an ignored path of biome lintings 🌲 🙏 ✨

Fixes a broken npm run lint in the project root that appears after building the documentation! 📚
