This is a major cleanup of ZFEL.

  • remove :
    • old MATLAB code
    • development files
    • old examples
  • add:
    • conda environment file
    • Apache v2 license
    • versioneer and clean setup.py
    • script to execute notebooks
    • pytest tests
    • ci, PyPI upload, GitHub pages workflows
