Add repo to Red

[p]cog repo add SML-Cogs https://github.com/smlbiobot/SML-Cogs

where [p] is your service prefix. So if your server prefix is ! then type !cog repo add… and if it is ? then type ? cog repo add…

Install the cog you want

[p]cog install SML-Cogs mm

will install the mm aka the MemberManagement cog.

Please note that some of these cogs require additional Python libraries to be installed
