Reorganize project into meaningful subfolders

Work towards solving #26

This PR moves the project files into repository root, moves resource files to resource folder, and set build output (including .dcu files) to build folder.

I didn't yet organize source code files into different subfolders because I don't consider myself familiar enough with the project to determine a meaningful distribution. Feedback wanted on that point.

Also, let me know if this PR should increment the build number (it seems to be happening automatically but I can overwrite it manually).

Separating source files in sub-folders can wait. It might be best to close issue #24 before reorganizing the source code.
