Imviz API to change Monochromatic color

User wants to control image color under Monochromatic color mode, like user can already do under colormap color mode. Astrowidgets defines the API for colormap but has none for monochromatic.

As requested by @orifox . @eteq , do you think monochromatic control should be officially apart of Astrowidgets API or not?

The motivation is user wants to make a notebook to create color image from multiple monochromatic layers.
