The idea is the same as having collection in dynamic PageViews but add support for having a dataset Front Matter value as well that will use a dataset for generating pages just like a collection. The difference is that data items in a dataset do not need to follow a Front Matter object syntax (i.e. FM + content) and can be pure data.
