Email alerts will now only notify on state change - no more getting spammed.
Notifications for status (dead), and reject rate alert level for each pool on the Pool details page.
GPU Disable/Enable buttons on the GPU details page.
PoolManager starts the loaded miner profile on boot if Start on Boot is selected in the settings.
Switch Profile with Restart button on the Overview page.
GPU temperature summary on the Overview page.

Improved install script enables SSL redirection (and optional default page password) for security.
Farm Overview, including miner versions, active pools, and last page refresh time.
Easy CSS theming, with several themes included.
