This PR adds support for Laravel 12 to Statamic 6.

  • Support Laravel 11
  • Drop support for Laravel 10

To try out Laravel 12 before it's officially released, you'll need to make sure your composer.json has:

"prefer-stable": true,
"minimum-stability": "dev"

Requires #11348.
Requires Stillat/blade-parser#40.
