Add support for Generic Node by TTN

I am working to add support to Generic Node by TTN, I will receive a piece of hardware in a few weeks, I will also work on adding support for lora, at the moment the basic support is ready

• Basic Support STM32WL55CCU
• Add support for LoRa
• Add support for LoRaWAN

I propose to add the Cube WL. A script exists to perform that task automatically because it seems you add it manually and made several fix. I guess it will clean up your PR.

I see the files are more updated than on the official page

as stated yesterday, I've made a PR to introduce the STM32WL: #1429

It is up to date.

I think the best way would be you based your work on this anyway. I saw some new stuff to manage with WL. So I have to update my PR to deal with it properly.

The STM32WLxx has been introduced thanks #1429 , it is merged so you can rebase your PR on top and clean up this part.

How do you think add the LoRa support ?
