Hardcoded F_CPU is not correct as SystemCoreClock is updated when SystemClock_Config() and SystemCoreClockUpdate() are called. Align CMSIS Device Peripheral Access Layer System Source Files. Signed-off-by: Frederic Pillon <frederic.pillon@st.com>
