As proposed by @stdefeber (#1140 (comment)) and described in #1155, this PR removes the XIRQ module and adds the interrupt capabilities of it to the GPIO input port.

  • ✨ add programmable input pin interrupt(s) to GPIO controller
  • ⚠️ remove external interrupts controller (XIRQ)
  • ⚠️ reduce GPIO input/output ports width from 64-bit to 32-bit
