The two functions

void neorv32_gpio_pin_set(int pin);
void neorv32_gpio_pin_clr(int pin);

are unified into a single function that is used to CLEAR (value = 0) or SET (value != 0) a specific GPIO output pin:

void neorv32_gpio_pin_set(int pin, int value);
