  • remove capture mode; remove top's gptmr_trig_i input
  • fix potential race conditions in GPTMR interrupt acknowledge
  • re-add operation mode select:
    • single-shot mode: increment counter until reaching the threshold value; then stop
    • continuous mode: reset counter when reaching the threshold value; then restart
