This is an addition to #830.

  • update HDL file-list files (neorv32/rtl/*.f)
  • add script to regenerate file lists (neorv32/rtl/generate_file_lists.sh) using GHDL's elaboration command
  • update documentation; add example on how to consume file-list from a makefile
