Release 1.0

Note: This is just a first manual release, earlier versions where not tagged and where only available as Github Actions artifacts.

This release updates to Zephyr 3.5 and enables the CONFIG_ZMK_BLE_EXPERIMENTAL_CONN flag to enable the BLE Stability Improvements in the newest ZMK release.

Important: The attached binaries are for the nice!nano V1. Future releases hopefully include binaries for all nice!nano revisions.
