  1. Support RTL layout.
  2. Support rules reediting.
  3. Tested on a Physical iPhone and fixed some permission issue that not occurred on Simulator.
  4. Fix a GTK-KDE interaction issue in desktop_drop package (not published, so this version depends on desktop_drop from git. )
  5. Some misc update in UI and texts.
