I have integrated the new astrometry code into the OBA pipeline. While the module works by default as our simulated images are guaranteed to have a WCS in the header, forcing the module to re-register w/ astrometry.net using the rerun flag currently causes an unknown error in the call to os.sys(). I have not found the underlying issue yet other than no output files are saved to the new wcs_dir (which points to the right location now after a few edits). Might need to iterate w/ @gillajay .
