Host conduct

On Streamyard:

• 'Primary host' introduces the meetup and controls Streamyard
• let's try to signal to each other when we'd like to speak to avoid talking over each other; or provide time for others to chime in
• other hosts help moderate YouTube comments and bring them on screen while they're speaking
• 'Primary host' can be handed off mid-event to whoever is presenting their screen. Presenters are 'primary hosts' and it's often easier if they control the stage, banners, and overlays since they have the most context on timing
