Info schematic REV C and pin 9 joystick

Hi, checked REV C diagram and this trace circled in red is not connected to pin 9, this PCB is tested? Have a joystick with a two fire buttons.

Since i use a 2 button joystick, could you restore the connection? What problems do you have then?
