Transmission block list

Usage

1. copy https://github.com/Naunter/BT_BlockLists/raw/master/bt_blocklists.gz
2. paste the link to Transmission > Settings > Peers > Blocklist
   or
   paste the link to Transmission > Edit > Preferences > Privacy > Enable blocklist
3. click update
