Include pages with WRITECOPY in SigScan #9

This modifies the function SigScan so that it does not skip memory regions that have copy-on-write set. Fixes issue when running the game on Linux.

Thank you, I will have a closer look tomorrow. I assume this has been tested with several of my mods on Proton or likewise?

I tried CameraFix, PauseTheGame, SkipTheIntro and UnlockTheFps. They all seem to work just fine.

Seems to not break anything on Windows. I don't have a Linux machine to test with so I'm gonna take your word for it.

Thank you for looking into it and fixing it! I always knew the fix would be something simple like this.
