Text in wrong color

Overview

The goal of this issue is to address all text color issues in teloscan.

Acceptance criteria

• Staking time should have the same color as the rest of the text.

• Selected language should have the accent color with the default background color.

This should be changed for both light (where the selected language appears in white text) and dark (where the selected language looks the same as hover) mode.

• Verified contract close button in light mode is completely white. Dismiss should be text color and the hover should behave the same as for light mode.

• Verify contract doesn't show any of the options in light mode
