Update major Temporal dependencies

- Server -> 1.25
- UI Server -> 2.30.3
- Go SDK -> 1.29

Go SDK 1.29 seems to be required by something in the CLI itself or
Server or similar--in any case, `go mod tidy` will not let me set this
to the 1.27 version that Server uses.

This supersedes #659 (in the nexus branch), which only updated ui-server
to 2.30.2.
