Made the main upgrade modifications to the exporter mod and rust files, not tested within FBE yet, but work by itself.
I don't know exactly why, maybe because I'm running on windows (just added a basisu.exe instead of the basisu, not committed tho), but when running factorio through cli, it doesn't load the locals mods or scenarios, so I've to run the script twice, moving files by hand to the Roaming factorio directory between runs.
