This PR will include all enhancements and bug fixes in once place.

Enhancements:

• Security group revamp, which also addresses the problem defined in Security group port range example not working #181.
• New documentation about must have, must only have and must not have differences for new Security Group checks.
• terraform-compliance reports all problems found instead of exiting a Scenario execution immediately. In order to quit early, -q/--quit-early can be used. (Feature Request: Show all test failures for tests that cover multiple resources #170)
• Added -n/--no-failure option where exit code is always 0 even there is a failure. (Any plans to add Warning/Info status? #191)
• Added -S/--silent option where none of the scenarios are outputted, but just failures.
• Added some emoticons and colours 🎉
• Enforcing rules on output variables. (Enforce rules on output variables #185)
• Mounting resources with a reference address where it can also be filtered out. (Resolving references to other resources in when clause #195)
• New step: its {key} must be {value} and its {key} must not be {value}
• Change of then is value contain step where it will look for a value exists in the found list. (Confirm List of Queues will be available #193)
• New step: I flatten all values found for WHEN and THEN directives

Fixes :

• -h was not reporting all the parameters properly
• Fixed a problem where it contains step was converting list of properties to dict of properties which was causing a problem described in Counting repeatable argument blocks #194.
• Fixed a problem where module outputs referencing a resource were not used on resource mounting. Interpolation issue when attaching aws_security_group_rule to aws_security_group created in module #190
• Fixed a problem where resources using for_each might cause some problems if for_each key includes . within. For_each support breaks when keys contain '.' characters and link to another resource #197

Other :

• Added devbot integration to auto-lock issues after they are closed.

Important Note / Dependencies on upstream :

• This PR is bound to How to Forcefully fail a step without raising an Exception ? radish-bdd/radish#392 right now. We will either use a forked 0.13.1 version of radish while we can fail a step without raising any exception, or we will wait for the further development about it.
