This chart was created due to issues using the prometheus-community chart and having to get monitoring installed quickly.

It is based on the monitoring stack installed via "kustomize" for dev environments.

Ideally it should end up using the prometheus-community chart and be a (somewhat) tested suggestion of values.yaml that we can reccomend that has been "sheep-dipped" and tested to have basic functionallity
