This adds everything I could find on ELRC-SHARE for Icelandic that was downloadable, in processed form, and not a duplicate (Tateoba, ParaCrawl, and parts of EMEA). Think of it as a pilot for somebody else to soup up https://github.com/kpu/elrc-scrape and write some rules about what to include.
