Second major release

This second release implements the following new features:

• accounting for data on past admissions
• ability to upload data from an xlsx file using a provided template
• ability to specify custom distribution for the length of stay in hospital
• visualisation of length of stay distribution
• visualisation of the doubling time distribution
• improved documentation
• inputs and outputs now organised in tabs
