Allow control of 'ON' behaviour
In previous release passing the ON event either started a movie or set brightness to 100 as twinkly doesnt really have a generic on switch. In this release 'ON' can be configured to map to a mode such as movie, effect, color or playlist. This should preserve brightness settings and allow you to choose the right mode.
