Custom List-Unsubscribe urls don't work currently with Mandrill

Currently can't be done according to this page:

Merge tags can't be included in custom X- headers or the List-Unsubscribe header.

We can solve this issue by sending individual emails, but that's lots more api calls...

I think it's because they want to control the unsubscribe experience and we
are using it in a custom way.
