This pull request enhances the
build.yamlworkflow to run seamlessly on a matrix of operating systems: Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS. Additionally, it introduces a new step in thebuild.yamlworkflow to set up Python, addressing compatibility issues with the default Python version on Windows, which is not supported by this project.
