Sparse Checkout for Action Files in Workflow

This pull request resolves #19 by modifying the checkout step in the test job of ci.yaml workflow as follows:

• Checkout to the setup-poetry-action directory instead to the current directory.
• Sparse checkout action.yaml file only instead of the whole files.
