A filename like /:\\foo\\bar.sqlite is passed to node-sqlite3 via tilelive.load which breaks exports, upload preview, and preview rendering. An easy workaround is to pass uri not as a string but as an object with protocol and pathname properly defined. More info: mapbox/tilelive#40
