macOS Ventura Final

This is the final release of this EFI for Ventura before Sonoma

• Updated Wifi Kexts to fix inability to connect after long sleep.
• Enabled comaptibility with WPA-2SK hotspots and iPhone Wifi (previously impossible)
• Updated WEG
• Updated Lilu
• Reconfigure config.plist for increased model support
• Enable EFI to boot installer (experimental)
• Reduce boot time

Future Notes: Attempting to remove DSDT.aml.... for now cannot too many dependencies but cleaning it up will reduce boot time and improve wifi. Trackpad cannot function on my machine without, others can -- some need DSDT plus patch or only patch... for now no universal fix other than to leave it.
